The 90-Day "Feel the Difference" Guarantee Policy

At Health Foundry, we don’t just want you to try Age Rite; we want you to experience real results in your strength, mobility, and digestion. Because meaningful physical renewal takes time, we provide a full 90-day window for you to use the product and decide if it is right for you.
1. Our 3-Month Promise
Full Product Refund: You are entitled to a full refund of the product purchase price for any Age Rite tub or bundle purchased on our website. (Note: Original flat-rate shipping of $17.50 is non-refundable).
The 90-Day Window: Your return parcel must be postmarked within 90 days from the date you received your initial delivery.
The "Empty Tub" Rule: We want you to use the product consistently. You can return the portion of the order that remains in your possession—whether it is an empty tub, a partially used tub, or an unopened container.
No Questions Asked: You do not need to provide a reason for the return. We simply ask that you contact our team prior to posting so we can expect your package and expedite your refund.
2. How to Process Your Return
To ensure your refund is handled swiftly and accurately, please follow these steps:
Prepare the Package: Include your remaining tubs/packaging and your original order confirmation slip so we can identify your order immediately.

(In-person drop-offs are welcome Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, excluding public holidays).
Use Tracked Delivery: Return postage is at the customer's expense. We strongly recommend using tracked parcel post via Australia Post, as we cannot accept liability for return parcels lost in transit before reaching our facility.
3. Rapid Refund Processing
2-Day Turnaround: Our team processes your refund within two business days of receiving your return package at our Southport warehouse.
Original Payment Method: Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Stripe).
Banking Timelines: Most financial institutions take between 2 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account once processed.
4. Fair Use & Statutory Rights
This is a voluntary guarantee provided by Health Foundry Pty Ltd in good faith. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we reasonably believe this policy is being abused (e.g., repeated returns of the same product). This policy operates alongside and does not replace your standard statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
