Product Display: We make every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be exact.

3. Shipping, Deliveries, and Title

Carrier: Deliveries are handled primarily via Australia Post.

Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $17.50 Australia-wide.

Risk & Title: The risk of loss passes to you once your parcel leaves our Southport warehouse. Title passes once full payment is received.

Delivery Addresses: We deliver Australia-wide, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to prevent transit delays.

4. The Age Rite 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

This is our voluntary "Vitality Promise".

The Window: You have 90 days from the date of receipt to evaluate your results.

The Process: Return all tubs and packaging (even if completely empty) to our warehouse:

Refund Scope: Covers 100% of your product purchase price. Original shipping fees ($17.50) are non-refundable. Return postage is at the customer's expense.

No Questions Asked: You do not need to provide a reason for the return.

Exclusions: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we reasonably believe the policy is being abused (such as repeated returns of the same product).

Statutory Rights: This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. User-Generated Content & Reviews

If you post a review, testimonial, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use and share that feedback across our channels to assist others. We reserve the right to remove any content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates intellectual property.
